Shipping policy

Outbound Shipping

Because of the nature of the industry and availability of parts, shipping times may vary.  Although we will make every effort to ship out orders in a timely manner, Anion makes no guarantee against the timeliness of shipping processed orders; and as such shipping delays may NOT be used as a reason for canceling/refunding orders.  Most orders will be processed with UPS or UPS Freight (now TForce Freight); once shipped Anion has no deaccession about the timeliness, delays, or other such aspects of the delivery process.

Return Shipping

Customer is solely responsible for all return shipping charges. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.  Any returned shipments damaged in transit will not be eligible for return/refund; claims will have to be made from the shipping party through whatever insurance they've selected.  Original Shipping and Handling Fees of the product are not refundable, in all circumstances.
